Well, I'll sure as heck never buy LCD monitors from NewEgg, not if this is how they deal with returns!
I have bought crappy stuff from Amazon before and their returns are a sinch. They even send return labels that you just have to print out.
Yeah, it's starting to make me wonder if I'll have this system complete by July 14th.
I always thought Newegg had good customer service, but now I'm wondering if it has gone downhill. If they don't issue an RMA, I'm going to have to think twice before ordering from them again.
